Welcome and Pre‑Appointment Preparation
Thanks for booking with KDT Accredited Car Care. Before your appointment, please remove all personal belongings and any rubbish from the vehicle.
Power and Water Access
We require a safe place to plug in our extension lead for power and access to water. If you cannot supply water, let us know in advance so we can provide our own.
Location and Parking Safety
For insurance, staff, and vehicle safety, we will not commence work on any vehicle that is parked on a main road, a heavily used road, or a small/tight road without a safe space for our van. We also cannot work in pay‑and‑display car parks.
If your home address or chosen location has any of the above constraints, please contact us before booking so we can advise.
Heavily Soiled Interiors and Additional Charges
If your interior is heavily soiled, or affected by mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply. We recommend sending a few clear photos before booking so we can provide a fair estimate. If photos are not provided, pricing will be agreed on the day before any work commences.
Payment on the Day
Payment can be made by cash or card on the day of service.
